========================
GENERAL
========================
The way it works is this :
- Think of a situation
- Think about what you would ask if you needed help in that situation...
- Think about what you would tell people about that situation...

That's it.
Simple, no?

You can even expand apon that and go into what you would then respond
to the reply and request of that situation, but it isn't needed.
That type of stuff gets linked from common sense into code.
For instance, why would you tell ppl you see the NME, and then request
for info off other ppl? No, you would request assistance...

Key :
	> Already supported

	* Going to be added

	? May be added

	# Placed at the end of a sound name.
	   That sound can have/requires multiple sounds
	   Be sensible, keep it 5 or less...

SOUNDNAME :
	Go by the name, mainly.
	Read the description to see if multiple sounds are needed.

TYPE :
	REPLY - Inform people of situations (eventually say 'yes' to requests?)
	REQUEST - Ask for info/assistance/praise etc (eventually say 'no' to requests?)

KEY / SOUNDNAME / TYPE
========================

>* BACKUP (#?) = Request
	When being shot at/getting shot/seeing the nme/seeing a teammate
	go down etc, will request this. May be expanding this for each
	individual situation...

>  MEDIC (#?) = Request
	Corresponds with WOUNDED. If hurt, a request would ask for
	this instead of backup.

>? NME_BRAG# = Request
	Kill an emenmy, ask for conformation of a good kill.

?* NME_BIGBRAG# = Request
	Kill an emenmy, in a particularly gruesome fashion
	(Or perhaps when low on health? Or bad odds?).

>  NME_DOWN = Reply.
	Kill an emenmy, reply this.

>  NME_HERE (#?) = Reply
	If the enemy gets close to you, that is considered here.
	Only works if the ID function is on...
	(May later include an heading function for ppl who respond)

>  NME_SPOT = Reply
	Inform people that you have seen an enemy.
	Only works if the ID function is on...
	(May later include an heading function for ppl who respond)

>  REPORTIN (#?) = Reply
	If a request for info was made (see below), and you hadn't just been shot
	at, wounded etc, would simply say this.
	Would suggest multiple sounds for it, since it may occur often
	and therefore get monotonous with just the one sound...

>* TAKING_F (#?) = Reply
	Getting shot and not hurt (*Simply getting shot at)

>  TEAMDOWN (#?) = Reply
	When a buddie buys it. Would be interesting to have multple
	version of this...

>  TREPORT (#?) = Request
	One team member is simply asking the situation of their team
	mates. Will usually only happen if idle for a while and/or
	you have already responded/requested for a previous event.
	Would suggest multiple sounds for it, since it may occur often
	and therefore get monotonous with just the one sound...

>  WOUNDED (#?) = Reply
	If nothing has happend for a while or someone requests info,
	this response would be heard when a player is quite badly
	injured. *Possibly split up into IM_HIT and WOUNDED?
